Tutortech Safeguarding Policy

This Safeguarding Policy ("Policy") outlines TutorTech's commitment to protecting the safety and well-being of children using our Services (website, learning platform, mobile apps, etc.). This Policy aligns with our Terms of Service ("TOS") and other relevant policies, including the Data Privacy Policy and User Code of Conduct. By using our Services, you agree to abide by the terms of this Policy.

This Safeguarding Policy works in conjunction with our User Code of Conduct and Data Privacy Policy.

  • The User Code of Conduct outlines expected user behaviour, including respectful interactions and content restrictions (especially regarding children).
  • The Data Privacy Policy details how we collect, use, and protect user information, including how we safeguard children's data privacy.

8. Continuous Improvement

We are committed to continuously improving our safeguarding measures. We will regularly review and update this Policy to reflect changes in the online environment and best practices in child protection.
