The Elite Rugby Scholars Programme is a parent-supported academic initiative designed for teenage players competing at high levels in rugby.
While players commit significant time to training, travel, and competition, this programme ensures their academic development remains on track. Delivered in partnership with Tutortech, the programme provides structured study groups and tutoring aligned to each student’s school curriculum.
Importantly, the programme operates independently of any rugby club. It is coordinated and funded by parents to ensure consistent academic support, regardless of club structure or schedule.
Tutortech works with families to match students with qualified teachers, align sessions to curriculum requirements, and provide ongoing visibility of progress - helping players succeed both on the pitch and in the classroom.
